We know this Fall season includes some changes, particularly with our training locations. Over the past few months, PNSC has continued to advocate for the best possible pool allocation with the City of Vancouver while also working to maintain the identity and philosophy that have made our club special as we pursue Swim BC affiliation.

If you have any questions about registration or the Fall program, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

At this time, PNSC is not yet affiliated with Swim BC. Our revised application will be submitted for review, and we expect a decision after September 1. If our application is approved, we will provide families with more information well in advance before any Swim BC related changes are introduced.

Until then:
• There are no Swim BC registration fees.
• Fall 2026 programs will operate as outlined in this registration package.

PNSC ID Cards Required

All swimmers, volunteers, and coaches will need a PNSC card to enter practices. If you still have a card from the Spring or Summer seasons, please make sure to discharge it as new cards will be issued for this season.

The coaches will hand out the new cards directly on the pool deck. So, for your first visit to Hillcrest, just explain to the front desk that you’ll be receiving your card from the coaches.

This system helps us keep track of who’s entering the pool. Also, just a reminder to avoid bringing valuables to the pool since there has been a rise in thefts at community centres.
